During Winter Quarter 2026, I interned with the External Education and Mobilization team at the Stanford Doerr School of Sustainability, where I designed and built an end-to-end story collection and publication system from scratch. The system spans seven phases: executive recruitment, outreach, story submission, AI-assisted narrative drafting, editorial review, approval, and publication on Stanford Doerr School's Substack. Deliverables include a Story Form designed to be completed in under 10 minutes, a five-element narrative framework, a Master Narrative Prompt for AI-assisted drafting, a pipeline for tracking submissions, and standard operating procedures written to ensure continuity beyond my tenure.

I piloted the system with Chapter Zero UK, a network of over 200 board-level sustainability leaders, testing it with five fellows and refining the submission form based on observations of cognitive load and executive engagement. The stories collected through this process serve as learning resources and recruitment tools for Stanford's professional programs targeting CSOs, board directors, and senior executives. The core design constraint throughout was scalability: every decision prioritized building something a future intern or staff member could run without my context, rather than producing polished one-off content.
